SHIPPING POLICY

We ship from Prince Edward Island, Canada. All items are handcrafted to order and shipped with care.

PROCESSING TIME

All items are made to order and are typically produced within 1-2 business days. Once your item is ready, it will be packaged and handed off to the shipping carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES (CANADA)

• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 CAD
• Flat Rate Shipping: $7 CAD for orders under $50 CAD
• Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days depending on your location

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada only. We plan to offer international shipping in the future - stay tuned!

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sparkediem.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
